If you received the QA version of the Química Alemana Nail Hardener, don’t worry — this is the newer, updated formula from the brand. It no longer includes formaldehyde or methanol, and instead contains more natural, nail-friendly ingredients like garlic, lemon, biotin, and vitamin B5.
Because of this new formula, the liquid may look a little yellow or amber, which is totally normal and nothing to be concerned about. It doesn’t mean the product is old or expired — just that it’s made with more nourishing components now!
